This outdoor living space is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad train (in your back yard)! There are two potential primary bedrooms: One being a large, oversized room on the south end of the home and another smaller primary at the north end of the house. Two other spacious bedrooms located on the north end of house gives different set up potential and space. Breathtaking views, close proximity to town, privacy overlooking the Animas Valley, outdoor space for entertaining and so much more. Tenant is responsible for electric, gas, and trash. Water/sewer included. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis (no cats) with a $200 pet deposit per pet. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing.
