Street parking for one car. No smoking, no partying. No cats, but small dog may be considered. The suite is situated in a high-end safe neighbourhood with lots of green space and hiking trails. It is a five-minute walk to Red Barn Market and Pharmacy. 1 km from Olympic View Golf course and 2 km to Royal Beach Park. Less than 6 km to Royal Roads University & less than 20 km to UVIC. Close to many amenities.1st term contract 6 months and 12-month term afterward should both parties agree.$2000 per month not including utilities: heat, electricity, cable/internet. The suite has a separate meter. References, proof of income, and a damage deposit of $1000 will be required.
