Welcome to this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment conveniently located within walking distance to the local shops and diners of downtown Raytown. Freshly painted interior, this home has solid surface flooring for each clean up. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo. While this home does not have direct laundry connections inside the apartment, you will have access to a shared laundry area within the building. Need extra space, there are garage rental options to suit your needs! If you do not want/need a garage, there is street parking in front. Enjoy summer time bbq's on the back shared patio space we well. Tenants are responsible for all customary utilities, except for trash, which is included in the additional monthly fee. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are seeking a 15-month lease at $775 monthly rent, plus $50 per month to include common area maintenance, along with a $300 security deposit. All applications must be made directly with Penner Property Management; third-party applications are not accepted. Our office is located at 2620 Hub Dr. N, Ste. B, Independence, MO 64055. The application fee is $65 per adult applicant over the age of 18. In addition to the unit, if you are in need of garage space, there is a single bay garage located on the backside of the property that can be rented for $50 monthly and/or a large 6 car garage for $250 monthly. All Penner Property Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $45 per month which includes liability insurance, credit building to help boost the resident’s credit score with timely rent payments, up to $1M Identity Theft Protection, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more!
