Looking for a roommate to move into my apartment in quiet area of downtown. My roommate is moving out end of June, so I prefer it if you can move in July 1st. Lease is by year, and I will be looking for people who can stay at least 1 years so that I don't have to start looking again. I am going to graduate school in the fall, so I will be up early and probably out a lot during the day. The room is furnished and you have your own private washroom! You don't need to bring anything. We share utilities and internet. It averages out to $100 per person, depending on the month. Landlord is super nice and responsive to repair requests. Laundry in the unit. Free street parking. Can ask the landlord about garage parking space if you need it. In person touring only at the moment. We have a foosball table and a ping pong table (table tennis). Also, you have a 35 inch smart tv in your room. WiFi (Comcast Internet), gas, and electric bills are all handled by me. Utilities will just be a flat $100/month. The Apartment is a spacious one. It is spacious, quiet and peaceful, clean and non-cluttered, a comfortable place to live. I have one furnished bedroom for rent. This is a nice, safe neighborhood in downtown. Excellent location - close to ALL shopping, expressways and walking distance to skytrain and bus stops.
