Very close to Fountain Hill Elementary School and St. Ursula Church. 6 minutes to Main St. Bethlehem, 15 minutes to the center of Allentown, 10 minutes to I-78 and Route 22. New stove and nearly-new washer and dryer. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator. Closet space in bedrooms, den, and living area. Garage has plenty of room for storage in addition to a car. New carpet recently installed. A great place to walk with plenty of sidewalks, nearby parks, Little League baseball, playground, basketball court, and community pool within walking distance. Quiet, safe neighborhood. We're only leaving because we have to move out-of-state! We have loved living here. Rent is $1250 per month and includes lawn care, trash collection (trash and recycling bins included), snow removal, and cold water. You pay electric (heat, a/c, hot water, etc.) and cable/internet. We do have furniture that can be sold so you can move in to a nearly furnished home. It is not required to purchase the furniture. If you have your own that is fine. Our furniture is simply an option. House is approximately 1200-1300 square feet. Landlord may consider cats and small dogs Interested applicants will be responsible for a $35 application fee that includes a credit/criminal/eviction check/proof of income and valid ID.
