About 6272 Rue de Bordeaux
[Français en-dessous] We have two available rooms in our 6 1/2 shared apartment in Rosemont for May-June (with option to take over the lease or to take the room earlier). The rooms can either be individually rented or both together. One of the rooms is all furnished (grey room) and the other one (blue room) comes with the shelves and the closet (with the option of keeping all furniture until July). The rest of the apartment is furnished with a washing machine, a dryer, and even a dishwasher! We have a large backyard with a table for BBQ in the summer facing the quiet back alley. Additionally, the apartment has a large basement with almost unlimited storage and the possibility to keep your bike. All together, we are four people in the apartment. The apartment is perfectly located in Rosemont close to grocery stores, SAQ, and little cafes and bars and to the movie theatre Beaubien. The next métro station (Beaubien) is a 15 min walk or 3 min with the bus. We are renting the rooms for May and June with the possibility to take over the lease on July 1st. Rent is 450$/month all inclusive [380$ + 70$ (hydro, gas for heating and hot water, internet)]. Please send me an email or send me a text if you're interested in a visit. Nous avons deux chambres qui se libèrent au premier mai dans notre coloc de 4 personnes. L'une d'elle est toute meublée (la grise), l'autre (la bleue) vient juste avec des étageres et une armoire mais il y a possibilité de laisser des meubles jusqu'en juillet si besoin. Le reste de l'appart est tout meublé et full équipé avec laveuse, sécheuse, et lave vaisselle! Nous avons une grande cours avectable et BBQ pour l'été.Un sous-sol qui permet de sotcker des affaires ou ranger les vélos. L'appart est idéalement situé non loin du cinema beaubien et proche de tous commerces (IGA, fruiterie, SAQ, petits cafés). L'accés au métro beaubien se fait en 15min de marche ou avec le bus qui passe au 3min aux heures de pointes. Mon coloc et moi sous-louons nos chambres jusqu'au 1er juillet mais il y a possibilité de reprendre le bail de l'appartement ensuite. Les charges (hydro, gaz pour le chauffage et l'eau chaude, et internet) sont de 70$ par mois. Le loyer est à 380$. Donc vivre dans ce magnifique appartement te reviendrais à 450$/mois.
