Applecross Cottage is a beautiful cabin in the bucolic neighborhood of Kohl's Ranch. Month to month, 6 month or 1 year lease available. Beautiful cabin in the middle of the Tonto National Forest with the Tonto Creek across the lane. Bucolic neighborhood, perfect for strolls down the lane, star gazing, animal sightings, relaxing in the hot tub, and a lovely restaurant within walking distance, at the Lodge, with excellent food and drinks! Watch ASU play at their Fall Camp right down the lane! LARGE washer and dryer included. Hot tub is perfect for unwinding at the end of the day, enjoying the gorgeous views. Feels very private! Current internet provided via Star Link, which does exceedingly well. We have also installed a cell signal booster so you will not experience dropped calls. If you'd like that to stay, it would be an $80 reimbursement per month. Large lot with many little paths leading to various sitting areas. Completely fenced, so it's great for your pupper! YES! Dogs are allowed! Please inquire as to larger dogs- we may accommodate with larger pet fee. We're pretty easy when it comes to pups- we understand they are family! In the heart of The Mogollon Rim, where the Forest and the Creek meet! Quiet, secluded, bucolic neighborhood off the beaten path. Tons of parking with large driveway. Fish in Tonto Creek, across the lane, and hike right out your front door! Follow the pathway to the Hot tub. It's is an enchanting little perch with great views. Elk, deer, javelina, raccoons, squirrel, and a ton of birds will be your daily visitors. Kohl's Ranch Lodge is right down the lane- enjoy a cocktail at the Saloon or a wonderful meal at Zane Grey BBQ Restaurant. Locals get a discount! Low credit score? Give it a try anyways!
