The fully fenced, backyard has mature landscaping and large storage shed. The home is cooled by central AC. Be near numerous parks within a few blocks including Meadowlark, Wyndham, and Van Bibber Creek Trail, and open space where you will find trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, and a lake.
