Cooling: Central AC and ceiling fans. Appliances include: refrigerator, gas range/oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer. Utilities Resident pays for: Electric - APS. Gas - Unisource. Water, Sewer & Trash - City of Prescott Terms: Non-smoking/vaping premises, smokers/vapers need not apply. Pet Policy: 2 dogs max. No Cats. No Puppies (under 1). no banned dog breeds or dogs with a bite history. If applicable/allowed there is Pet rent of $50/month for the first pet and $25/month for each additional pet.
