We strongly recommend AWD/4WD vehicles in case if inclement weather. No fraternity or sorority members are permitted for this rental. Inside, find a large open-concept living and dining space, complete with built-in shelving, an ornate fireplace, and large windows. The two bedrooms on this level are on opposite sides of the living space and have access to their own bathrooms. Enter into the kitchen to find ample cabinet space, a door leading to the expansive porch, and the downstairs access to the finished basement. Downstairs, find the full size washer and dryer, large open space perfect for entertaining, a full bath, bedroom, and bonus room that can be used as an office or gaming room. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are all inclusive in the monthly rent. Heat source is electric baseboard and wood burning fireplace, no AC. This home is pet friendly for a small dog or cat. There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent per approved pet.
