It is walking distance from the stores of downtown and driving distance from everything that the community of Bemidji has to offer! The home features a closed in front patio that has windows that you can open and has lights. There is a dining room connected to the modern kitchen. Another great feature of the kitchen is the island while the appliances, including the dishwasher, have been recently updated. Off the dining room is a full bathroom with two sinks. The other side of the dining room connects to the one stall garage which has plenty of storage. There is also one of the bedrooms on the main floor, off of the dining room. The other two are located on the second floor. The upstairs of the home and the downstairs bedroom are completely carpeted. $300 nonrefundable, one-time pet fee + monthly pet rent. $35 background screening fee Vision Properties requires that your monthly rental rate does not exceed 30% of your monthly income.
