This great single story home in NE Santa Maria provides plenty of room to spread out. There is a low maintenance front yard including a small courtyard. The entryway leads to the living area on the left with an open living/dining/kitchen area. The two car attached garage houses the washer, dryer and a utility sink along with storage. There is a fenced rear yard that is maintained complete with shade tree and a small patio area. The other wing of the house has three bedrooms and a master bath with shower along with a shared bath with a tub/shower combo. One of the bedrooms is open to an attached sunroom.
