Master bathroom features walk in shower, soaker tub, private water closet, and access to the laundry room straight from the walk in closet. Three guest bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom are located on the opposite side of the home. The half bath is located off the second sitting area with direct access to the back patio. A office is also located on the front side of the home, off the living area. Large 2 car garage offered protection from elements for your vehicles. Fenced backyard includes fire pit and large covered patio. Lawn care included with rental payments. Pets allowed on a pre approved basis with all pet fees paid, under 50 lbs and limit 2. Owner/manager reserves the right to reject any pet at any time. Owner/Manager reserves the right to deny any pet(s) at any time. Pet fees range from $275-375 per pet, this is a one time nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a annual pet inspection fee of $150. All animals are screened by a 3rd party screening company to be verified as a service animal. Verified service animals have no pet fees due. If unverified, pet fees will be required.
