The kitchen has modern necessities and the full bathroom has a glass shower. A huge fenced backyard boasts a gazebo and chiminea and the front porch is perfect for sippin' coffee and greeting neighbors. There's an electric fireplace for ambiance and a built in desk with a USB outlet and reliable wifi. Sunshine Cottage is the perfect way to experience walkable downtown Southport, the shops, live music, great restaurants, and historical sites just blocks away. The beach, golf course courses, and Pickleball are a short drive away. All utilities are included in this rate: WiFi, electric, water, sewage, trash, and occasional yard care. Every other week cleaning with fresh linens is included (no dishes or laundry). A credit check, golf cart, waiver, and deposit required.
