New Avon features recently renovated units and features on-site laundry with option for coin-operated or the tech friendly app. Appliances included: Refrigerator, Oven/Stove. Off street parking is included and will be a great home for you here in Boone! Residents are responsible for Electricity/Gas, Cable/Internet. A Security Deposit equal to 1 month's rent is required. There is no smoking allowed within our properties and pets are approved on a case by case basis, with a $25 monthly pet rent per pet and an additional refundable $500 pet deposit per pet, with a maximum of 2. Non negotiable $10 monthly Technology Fee charged in addition to the monthly rent. We have garages available for rent at $75 a month and a $75 refundable security deposit for residents, $100 a month and a $100 refundable security deposit for non-residents.
