Both bedrooms have laminate wood flooring. Unit to be painted. All appliances including stack washer/dryer. Partially fenced yard. Central Heat and Air,all Electric appliances. Pet policy: Pets are considered not guaranteed. All pets must be approved. Each home may have different criteria. If pet is approved there may be an additional pet rent charged.
