Elevators from covered parking area to the third floor. Lovely pool areas(2). Babe's Beach across the street. Water heater, sleeper sofa and walk-in shower replaced in 2021. A/C replaced in 2020. Mattress and frame & refrigerator replaced in September, 2024. 3rd floor laundry area down the hall. Security blind on hallway window. Restaurants and grocery stores are an easy walk near by.
