We moved here at end of Feb 2018 so far we love it here. The office and maintenance staff are super friendly and professional. The apt itself is nice and they maintain the property great especially the landscaping. There are 2 pools including a hot tub. We are in a 2 bedroom 1 bath and it's $975 all bills paid. It's definitely worth the $$$ and the location is close to everything and alot of places you can walk too so it's conveniently located. All though it says retirement apts they are not any longer anyone can live here. It's very quiet and the neighbors are super sweet and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

I love this place ! Katherine in the office is amazing . Indoor washing facility ,The pool is always maintained . The maintenance team is always quick and friendly. I highly recommend this place !
