Furnished one bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment for the Quicksilver Pro tournament, in Long Beach, NY from September 1 - 15, 2011. Room rate would be $265 a night during that time period ($3500 for entire two week period), significantly less before or after tournament. Prime location: 1 block to LIRR (55 minutes to Penn Station) and 3 blocks to beach/boardwalk. Near all: restaurants, bars, cafes, shops. Can't get a better spot for all the action during the tournament, as the apartment is located on National Blvd, exactly where the surf contest main staging area will be. Located on 2nd floor of a private house, so there is ample parking. Large balcony, brand new gas grill, airy living room, large kitchen, washer and dryer, ac, cable tv, wireless internet. Amenities all included, beach passes can be arranged if needed. Other bedroom occupied by 28 year old male. Works nights and weekends, so the apartment would be yours to use. Both rooms have full sized beds. If you need additional space, other occupant can move out during your stay, rent negotiable.
