About 608 9 St SW #2717
Hey, needing a roommate for either late July or beginning of August. The apartment is on the 27th floor of Calgary Place, located on 6th ave and 8th st - one block from c-train stations going either direction, in the free fare zone. Secured parking is available in the basement for 150 per month. 100 megabit internet is included in the rent, as I have the larger bedroom. However, I'm going to go the extra mile here and specify a few things about myself, just so you can get a better impression of who you'd be moving in with. I spend a decent bit of time on the PC, as I'm a gamer, and I'm kind of hoping to find a similar type of person to make sure we're compatible as roommates. I'm mindful of others' privacy, and I'd need you to be the same way as well - no loud friends/girlfriends over at random hours of the night, that sort of thing. We'll both need to be relatively clean - I'm not a cleanfreak by any means, but no leaving food around for days, for instance. Just generally trying to keep it fairly professional, more or less.
