It has a private entrance that opens to a flight of stairs down to the apartment. This unit has great natural light in the living space and bedroom as well as recessed lighting throughout. There is lots of storage from the multiple closets in addition to the utility room with washer and dryer included. There is plenty of room to store your bike and outdoor gear. Keep in mind, with it being a basement unit, the ceilings are on the lower side. Owners reside in the upper unit and are self-managing the property. We are looking for resident(s) who are friendly, clean and respectful as we will be close neighbors. We have a sweet cattle dog who you may come in contact with. Unit includes one parking space accessed by the alley. In addition there is plenty of street parking available. The back patio and back yard are shared with owners. One year lease required, first month rent and security deposit of $1500 due at signing. All utilities are included in rent. We also provide recycling and compost services. Resident is responsible for their own internet. The application fee is $55 and will be required after completing a showing and confirming that you would like to move forward. Up to 2 cats are allowed with additional $500 pet deposit per cat. No dogs allowed. Located 2 blocks from Carroll College, 5 minute walk to groceries and just 1 mile from Downtown Helena.
