Property Id: 2714037 3 bedroom/2 bath coveted Upper Rattlesnake home available for rent, however we are open to considering other proposals. This home was remodeled in 2021 including all new systems, new wood floors, complete bathroom remodels, all new stainless steel appliances, new paint, and a new hot tub in the backyard. The house has tons of southern exposure, so it is very sunny and bright! It is on a very friendly and quiet block with access to so many outdoor opportunities in the Rattlesnake Recreation area including walking distance to hikes, Greenough Park, Peas Farm, and Rattlesnake creek. There are views of Mt Jumbo from the front porch and from the large windows in the living room. There is a laundry room with new washer and dryer. There are many built-ins in the house. There are 3 well-sized bedrooms (a King Size bed easily fit into largest one). Also, there is a large unfinished basement which we previously had set up as additional living space with a couch, daybed, and projector (for movie nights).
