It is just 10 minutes from UC Davis campus by bike or bus. The apartment is close to bus-stops of 5 different Unitrans bus lines viz. F, G, J, P and Q and 3 different Yolo buses at less than 3mins of walk. Also it is 2mins of walk to the shopping centre, which include Savemart, Mac Donalds, 3-4 restaurants, parlour, dry cleaner and 2 gas stations. The marketplace ( Safeway, CVS etc) is 10mins walk. The green belt is 2mins walk from the apartment. The room will be available from 1st September 2012. The room rent will be $450 per month and deposit of $ 250. Need someone to take over my lease at Alvarado sunset apartments starting September 1. We bought a house so need someone asap !! This is a 2bed 1 bath condo/ townhouse upstairs is the 2 bed and bath downstairs is kitchen dining area and living room also has a private patio. Has new carpet and vinyl flooring dishwasher,stove,and microwave are brand new has tons of cabinets space with pantry. Brand new windows air ducts have been cleaned! This complex is an end lot so close to the parking lot! Very nice don’t have to walk very far to get to your car. It’s a very nice community we never had any issues here, if we didn’t buy a house we would for sure stay! Also If someone takes over lease asap I will leave my portable washer and dryer still new!!
