This beautiful 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house is available for monthly & annual leases, making it an ideal choice for travel nurses or families who are relocating. This home is fully furnished and includes bedding and towels for leases 1-2 months. Located in the Monkey Junction neighborhood in Wilmington, allows for easy access to hospitals, local attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. Explore the city's vibrant culture, beautiful parks, and stunning beaches just a short drive away. TERMS & FEES: Tenant pays electric bill directly to Duke Energy. All other utilities are included. Cleaning Fee: $350 due upfront (covers move out clean) We provide a bi - monthly cleaning (included in the monthly rent) which is required for any leases longer than one month. Pet Fee: $185/pet (2 pets max) We do have some breed restrictions so please inquire. Parking available on site for up to 3 vehicles. No smoking, parties or events! *Please note that there is a 13% tax on any stays less than 90 days. **If you are interested in a short term lease that is for the duration of the summer months alone, the monthly rate is $2800.
