Two bedroom, one bath home in Downtown Florence available for rent! Appliances include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Landlord provides lawn maintenance. Parking is limited. To view this home, you can bring a photo ID and a $60 cash key deposit to 804 West Evans Street, Florence, to pick up a key Monday-Thursday, 9am-3:30pm, or Friday, 9am-11:30am.
