It also has floor-to-ceiling windows and walk-in closets and allows pets. Its retail tenants include Outback Restaurant and Best Buy and it is convenient to the Ladies' Mile Historic District and Madison Square Park. It has a wood-paneled lobby with a concierge and a roof deck. The building replaced a parking lot and the site had once been home to the Booth Theater designed by Renwick & Sands in 1869 and then to a department store for James T.
