All white interiors, all white furniture, relaxing, peaceful, quiet and inspiring. Flexible non-white bed spreads and couch covers also available. Couches are easily washed so no worries if you have kids! This property is exquisite, gorgeous, modern, quiet, all white, soft, relaxing and one-of- a kind house for rent. Built in 2004, most everything is pretty new in the home. We don't have expensive fixtures or frilly finishes, the house has some raw exposed wood and is a bit rustic in that way. Great views. Within walking distance to our lake through a path (a few hundred feet from the home). A fully heated Salt Water Pool, A brand new hot tub and the house is deep cleaned in between each rental. This place is great for family reunions, friends reunions, weekend retreats and holiday vacation rentals all year round. Horseback riding lessons just around the corner and the closest restaurant is just one mile from the house. Kayaking in New Paltz on the Wallkill River only minutes away. Mohonk and Minnewaska park lands surround our property! Banisters have all recently been child proofed! HOT TUB OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND!!! There is a six acre lake on our land for fishing and swimming which is a few hundred feet from the home down a path, a five min walk. This relaxing and spacious and comfy home (now nature photo filled gallery) fully equipped with lake for swimming and fishing, private hot tub spa just steps from the front door, a fully heated salt water swimming pool, a dining room tables that can seat 8 people for dinner with 5 additional small tables for an additional 18 if you have extra guests - and another larger round table for 10 - so we can seat up to 36 for dinner indoors or outdoors! An amazing spot for families or friends to relax together and have an intimate reunion. Our six bedroom home has 6 queen beds, and 12 Futon Couches that open up to full size beds. The house is PERFECT for families with any number of children that can go on the Futons. The home is spacious and baby-proofed. PERFECT for your family getaway or reunion! With two wood-burning fire places and the most amazing living room is very beautiful with all white lounge in the living room around the fire place, the most romantic and sweet quiet times can be had! For those who might be worried about all white furniture and couches, we do have colorful blankets we can throw over the furniture and beds for guests with a lot of little kids running around! The couches are washable and easy to cover if you let me know in advance; so WELCOME CHILDREN - so much so, that we even added a playground with a slide, swing set, tree house jungle gym set in our own park!
