Cooling: Tenant provides own A/C Unit(s) (if desired), A/C units may be provided by owner in some circumsatances. Yardwork & Snow Removal: Tenant is responsible for yardwork and snow removal. Must have their own mower/trimmer and lawn watering hoses/sprinklers. Tenant Pays: Propane ~$150-200/month (Big Horn Co-op - Riverton - 500g Tank) Electric: ~$90/month (High Plains Power) Trash Service: ~$50/month (Wyoming Waste Systems or Hopper Disposal ) Owner Pays: Sewer/Water/Septic 1 Year Lease: after which goes month to month with at least 60 days notice prior to move out. Charges paid by tenant at lease signing: Security Deposit, Lease up fee $300. Charges paid by tenant at move in: Rent charge (pro-rated from move in date to end of month).
