We are currently renting our (owner) newly remodeled, superbly clean private studio apartment. This has 2 huge window bay doors with plenty of natural light. If you work from home or your work desk sits right next to the window or use your private desk in your room facing the woods! Nestled in between I-440 and I-540 and a short drive away from Downtown Raleigh. Oak City is within walking distance of a variety of local shops and dining. Relax with friends at our sun-drenched outdoor pool or grab a cup of coffee local North Hills mall with friends. Our spacious and distinctive studio with unparalleled handyman repair response by me if anything breaks. Get away from the hustle and bustle with the woods (many rabbits, owls, hawks, deer, squirrels, and other wildlife) at the doorstep of your patio. Close to North Hills with fast food/restaurants/bars/shopping. People love it because it is right in the middle of everything. Right next to the Greenway trail in Dixon Dr. Park - perfect to take a break midday and go for a recharge walk! - 20 min from Wake Forest - 15 min from Downtown Raleigh - 13 min from Falls Lake Duplex TRANSPARENCY: - A shared mailbox and laundry with other duplex unity UNIT#A (above this unit) Some people are OK with this others are not. We have not had any problems because we only have upright character people in our screening for tenants for all our units. - Also, need to walk around the building to access the front door. This walk includes a slight hill down which some may not like. (See video) - Furnished or unfurnished (with paid storage) so no need to bring any furniture. (we have bed covers that are washed after each tenant to protect the cleanliness of beds.
