There are a separate living room and dining room, each with a decorative exposed brick fireplace. The galley kitchen features granite counters, subway tile backsplash, custom cabinets, track lighting, garbage disposal, and stainless-steel appliances including dishwasher, built in microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator with ice and water dispenser in the door. The bathroom has a full-size tub with inlaid tile surround, vanity with basin sink, and a dimmable LED mirror with anti-fog. Landlord pays trash. Tenant pays water, sewage, & electric. There is a high efficiency electric furnace and central AC. Numerous shops and restaurants are within a block of this fully renovated duplex in the heart of the Highland Park business district. Each unit has one tandem parking space behind the building that can fit two vehicles. Each unit also has a private room in the basement with washer, dryer, and plenty of storage space. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
