Private entrance with separate mudroom, large closet area, 1 bathroom with shower, shared backyard with tenants upstairs. Fridge, stove included. Utilities included (heat, hydro, water, electricity, INTERNET ) Laundry Mat just steps away, College and Spadina streetcars right outside your door. I am looking for someone to either sublet from April/May to End of August, OR looking for someone to take over my lease/sign your own lease. If you are taking over, you will have to sign a new lease with my landlord in Sept, things you should know the rent would be increasing to $1050 + 1/4 hydro (cap max $100) If you are interested, please contact for a viewing or more information.
