INTERIOR FEATURES: • Unfurnished 2 Bedroom and 1 Full Bathroom • Wood stove • Open-concept living area • Newer flooring TERM: 12-MONTH Lease with Option to Renew Available early July 2026 MOVE-IN COSTS: • Holding fee required upfront, with application. • Deposit due upon approval at lease signing. • A full month's rent is due at move-in. • 2nd month prorated if move-in date is not on the 1st of the month.
