Large dining room can be turned to extra living or office space. No one above you means WFH quiet! Updated kitchen counter with newer cabinets. Nice bathroom, again with lots of natural light. Spacious bedroom with ceiling fan and, you guessed it, lots of natural light. Building has extra dry and clean storage space and nice and tidy coin-laundry. Street parking is a cinch but there are a couple assigned parking spots left for additional charge. Convenient location, just steps away from Hampton Village including Target, Schnuck's, and Walgreens for groceries and shopping, Dobb's for tires and car service, McDonalds, Chik-fil-a and Penn Station for quick bites, Tilles Park to burn that off, Lindenwood Apartments is South City living at it's finest!
