I live there. It's a mess. Everything inside and out is a cover up half way. Then the management company says the owner does this or that and then says that they never said it. The parking lot is a freeway for tons of cars(well over 25mph+) can't feel safe to allow kids or pets outside like that. Nobody seems to care to about being friendly to each other. I'm sure it's fear of what the "owner" might drive by and say as was told over and over to me at move in. 3 management companies in under 3 months. I hate it. But rent is high and it's impossible to build enough to move
