This is a two-bedroom condo. The panoramic view of the ocean from the main bedroom will offer memories you'll treasure for years to come. For the days that you feel like staying indoors you are encouraged to utilize both the free Wi-Fi and the living room smart TV for entertainment! This condo features all the necessary kitchen appliances to make yourself at home and enjoy a meal indoors. It also includes a washing machine and dryer so you can avoid the coin laundry facilities during your stay. Come enjoy your morning coffee with an Ocean Breeze at Carolina Dunes. Other things to Note: This property is completely non-smoking (including E-cigarettes and Vape pens) This property does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts. We only rent to families and adults over the age of 25. This condo is not pet-friendly. This unit is available for monthly rentals and is available from November 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026. Rent is $1,350 per month, the security deposit is $1000. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional. Southern Coast Management Offices hours: Monday - Friday 9 am to noon and 1 to 5 pm. Call 843-663-6063 and press option 2 for additional information and to arrange a viewing. Applications are accepted online only at southerncoastmanagement com Background check, rental history, income verification, and credit check are required.
