The unit will be available May 28th, 2022 and the rent is $1809 + utilities per month. The entire unit with the garage and yard is 1400 sq ft and the living space is 816 sq ft. This apartment is super nice, but I got a new job so we are having to relocate. Lease length is between 15-18 months. There’s a garage and yard! The unit is located near the front of the complex so you can walk to the pool and mailboxes. There is also a new gym, and a pet park is being built currently. Valet trash, pest control, and yard maintenance are included in the rent price. Very animal friendly! You are also allowed to get a grill for the patio area. Application fee is $50 and admin fee (due after lease is signed) is $175. My significant other & I will reimburse that $225 plus half of the first month's rent via PayPal.
