Beautiful, "upper" unit (about 5 steps), 2-bedroom ( each with walk in closet), 2-full bathroom condo, ample natural lighting throughout, attached garage and off-street parking for rent in prestigious Oakmont area of Hummelstown! There is a screened in patio that sits among the treetops which is especially pretty when the pink cherry blossoms bloom in April (as seen in pictures attached) ! There is also a gas fireplace in the living room and plenty of storage space. It is ideally located and within a three-minute drive to Hershey Medical Center, shops, gyms, and restaurants, 5-minute walk to Shank park/Bullfrog pond/ walking trail, 5 minute (give or take) drive to Downtown Hershey and all it has to offer ! This a lovely, QUIET community. If you're a party person, this is NOT the right fit for you! It IS perfect for anyone searching for a peaceful, drama-free place to live that is comfortable with abiding by HOA community standards. I am in the process of updating the flooring in the dining room, living room, and hall way. Also, I am upgrading to stainless steel appliances in the kitchen (not shown). All should be in place by the end of May. Excellent and fast responding landlord with references available upon request. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. Condo grounds are maintained by condo association and include landscaping and snow removal. Landlord pays condo dues. A small, quiet, housetrained pet is welcome for an extra monthly fee. Open to discussing small discount on rent if willing to sign two-year lease. I will be showing the property starting Friday evening, May 9th. It will be available to rent on June 7th.
