We had a great 6+ years here! I cannot say enough about how thorough and amazing Betsy Patterson is as the property manager. There is nothing she would not do for you to make everything right. Our maintenance guy Dave was always there when we needed him. Thank you both for all you do!

Great place to live. We have been here for 2 months now and we love it. Linda is a great leasing consultant. She helped us get this townhouse from Florida. She made us feel sure and guaranteed that the unit was going to be for us, even though we where leaving FL in the beginning of August. We are very happy with our new home. It's safe and alot of friendly neighbors! For sure will recommend to live in Sunpointe townhouse!! Thank you Linda for making the move much easier 🙏
