Close to the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, walking distance to Dollar General less than 5 minutes to I95 with easy access to Daytona, Orlando, beaches and the Kennedy Space Center. If you need extra room for RVs boats ect there is plenty of room to park them and not have to pay storage fees. Background and credit checks will be done gross household monthly income needs to be a minimum 3 times the rent. Home is on septic and well water so no water bill. You will need to put electric and internet in your name. This is an older home and we have tried to maintain original features where possible, so be prepared for some quirks!
