This amazing cabin is just under 1500SF with an oversized car garage that sits on just over a half an acre of forested land. There are (4) bedrooms and (2) full bathrooms. The Angora Forest is a mere 40 footsteps from the garage door where adventures await. Enjoy several hikes including a 2.5-mile hike to upper Angora Lake (shown in photo), a hike up Echo Peak or any other surrounding peaks. There are also unlimited mountain bike trails linking throughout the Tahoe area. For the more adventurous you can hike to Desolation Wilderness, which is just beyond Echo Peak. There is cross country and backcountry skiing right out the front door. Other features include: oversized and paved 4 car driveway, wood burning insert for heat efficiency, new and energy efficient gas furnace, dual paned windows throughout, and a mud room area for firewood or gear storage. ½ of the oversized/ insulated and detached 2 car garage is walled off and being used for owner storage. Tenant will have use of one side of the garage. Owner may consider a dog under 40 lbs with prior references. No smoking inside or outside. Rent: $2800 per month includes garbage.
