The Blue Ox Trail and the Paul Bunyan Trail meet just down the road from the property. The cabin is on a small, private lake. There is a lot of wildlife in the area. Located 8 miles from the iconic Paul and Babe statues and Bemidji's historic downtown. The Sanford Event Center is 7 miles away. Come enjoy this wonderful cabin and property! Bedrooms: - Main level bedroom - Full size adjustable bed with massager, closet, and workspace - Upper level Master - Queen bed, ensuite with a toilet room, walk-in shower, and sink, huge walk-in closet, large workspace - Lower level bedroom - 1 full bed, 1 twin loft bed, area under loft bed for hanging clothes. Great for kids! - Lower level living room - futon Common Spaces: Main Level: - Kitchen with many appliances (dishwasher, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, mini crock pot, etc), peninsula with seating - Dining table seating for 4, plus bar height table seating for 2, and 3 stools at peninsula - Living area with couch, chairs, TV, games, etc. - Walkout deck area Upper Level - small balcony with an amazing view! Lower Level: - Living area with futon couch, chair, TV, and electric fireplace - Walkout patio area Outdoor Amenities: - Year round we have a grill that you can use - In the warm months, kayaks, yard games (yard dice, badminton, horseshoes, etc) - During the snowy months, bring or rent snowmobiles, cross country skis, snowshoes, etc, to use on the groomed trails nearby! Guest access: You will have full access to the house and the amazing, large yard! There is a two-stall garage that is available to rent for an additional cost of $30/night.
