About 5662 Rue Lafond
English version follows. J'ai une chambre à louer dans un 4 1/2 à Rosemont, libre dès juin (mais vous pouvez emménager vers la mi-mai aussi). Je recherche quelqu'un dans la vingtaine qui serait prêt à partager l'appartment jusqu'à l'été 2016. La chambre fait 9 1/2' x 16 1/2', et comprend deux placards très spacieux, et un autre près de la porte d'entrée. L'appartement est sur Lafond, entre Rosemont et Dandurand, très près de l'intersection Masson et Saint-Michel - je suis à moins de 5 minutes de marche de la 197 sur Rosemont (15 minutes de la station Rosemont), la 67 sur St-Michel (10 minutes de la station Joliette ou Saint-Michel), et la 47 sur Masson (15 minutes de la station Laurier). En vélo, l'été c'est vraiment bien - la route verte est juste à côté, et on peut facilement prendre la piste cyclable sur Rachel pour se rendre en ville. Si vous avez une auto, le stationnement est gratuit sur la rue en face, et l'hiver se fait très bien. Le coût serait de soit 450$/mois avec hydro et internet en sus, ou 525$/mois tout inclus - hydro coûte à peu près 1200$/an, et internet 50$/mois à deux, donc ça revient au même - ça dépend just comment vous voulez payer. English: I have a room for rent in my 4 1/2 Rosemont apartment, available starting in June (but you can move in around mid-may as well). I am preferably looking for someone in their twenties with whom I can share the apartment until the summer of 2016. The room measures 9 1/2' by 16 1/2', and there are two very roomy closets in the room, in addition to another one close to the entrance of the apartment. I live on Lafond, in between Rosemont and Dandurand, very close to both Masson street and Saint-Michel avenue. These bus lines are less than 5 minutes of walking away from my house: 197 to Rosemont station (15 minutes to the station), 67 to either Saint-Michel station or Joliette station (10 minutes to either station), and the 47 to Laurier station (15 minutes to the station). Cycling-wise, summertime is great - the green cycling trail starts on Iberville and Masson, and there is a bike lane down on Rachel from Molson street. If you have a car, parking is free on the street, and wintertime is easily manageable.
