This updated home is also only 3 blocks from the beach and additional restaurants. As you walk into your coastal designed home you will see that the entire home has wood designer tile. The kitchen has all been upgraded from the countertops to appliances. There are a lot of windows for natural sunlight throughout the home. However, all windows have plantation shutters as window treatments. The two bedrooms have been recently painted and one bathroom has been totally updated. There are two lanais to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The east lanai has a retractable awning with remote control and lighting. Plenty of room for all your cars and watercraft as the lot is oversized and owner has designed a special parking area. The landscaping is lush and beautiful. Lawn care included. Dogs under 35 lbs (no aggressive breeds) or cats (limit 2) with pet screening fee of $25, minimum $300 additional deposit for dog and $150 for cat, non-refundable pet fee $300 for dog and $150 for cat, $25/mo per dog and $15/mo per cat. Applicants with dogs are required to provide a photo, animal license, current shot records and have renter's insurance with pet liability. $95 non-refundable application fee for each adult covers credit and background check. $100 administrative fee will be charged upon approval. The unit will not be reserved for applicant until administrative fee is received by management. Once paid, management will process tenant, create lease, send move in instructions, etc. Security deposit due upon approval; Full first month's rent (regardless of move in date) due prior to move in Basic approval requirements include a gross monthly income of three times the rent, a clean background, and fair to good credit No smoking is permitted on premises
