Laundry is off the upstairs hall. Ceiling fans are throughout. Central heat (natural gas furnace) and central air conditioning (electric). Tenant responsible for all utilities, including gas, electricity, and water. The Townes at Bagwell Mill offers sidewalks and includes landscape maintenance. HOA rules dictate that this property is for single family residential use only. No cosigners. No smoking. One small dog is negotiable (no more than 25 lb per association rules.)
