Has excellent quality well water, gas fireplace for back-up heat, baseboard heaters that still work, along with central heating/A/C, plus a plug already installed for your generator (not included), and large, flat gravel parking area. 2 refrigerators! 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the garage. Both bottom freezer style. Freezer in the kitchen makes 2 sizes of ice. 0.5 acre lot. Lawn care responsibility of tenant. There is a designated laundry area, with laundry hook-ups only. No washer or dryer provided. Takes electric dryer only. School districts: Clear Creek Elementary Apple Valley Middle North Henderson High Also very close to Captain Gilmer Christian School, Fletcher Academy, and FernLeaf Charter School.
