Don't worry, the cabin has privacy from the main house and its own parking area. Its less than 20 minutes from town and only minutes from Two Rivers lodge and a general store that offers grocery, showers, and laundry. The community has many attractive nature activity options! Dog mushing, snow machining, four wheeling, skiing, and hiking. The cabin has a nice screened in front porch, a loft sleeping area, and comes fully furnished. Items may be removed if not needed. Its semi-dry which means, there is a small 90 gallon holding tank for washing dishes, drinking water, and such but no bathroom. There is an insulated outhouse though just a few feet from the cabin. The tenant would only be responsible for water and electric, all other utilities are included! One small pet is allowed upon approval of the Landlord. One year lease required.
