The Venetian Bayview is a 5 story, 64-unit, smoke-free, pet-free, adult-only, secure condominium located in scenic Park Shore. The building is within walking distance from the shops and restaurants of The Village on Venetian Bay and from the Park Shore Beach. The Unit's two bedrooms and two baths are near the elevator accessed third-floor. This is a central air-conditioned furnished condominium with garden view. There is a great room with television, comfortable recliners for seating, and a furnished dining room next to a complete galley kitchen. The guest room/study has a desk with chair, pull-down double bed with a bathroom and tub across the hall. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, walk in closet, television and seating area. All rooms have access to the garden view lanai. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit's own laundry room located off the lanai. There are electric hurricane shutters over both the window and the lanai. Linens and towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, ice maker, range, oven, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, many small appliances (coffee maker, espresso machine, blender, juicer, toaster, mixer, crock pot), bakeware, cookware, utensils, dinner service, glassware, silverware, plus more. Venetian Bayview's Recreation Facilities has 2 tennis courts, both marked for pickle ball, a swimming pool overlooking Swan Lake, a newly renovated Recreation Building, The building includes an Exercise Room with machines and weight equipment- Game Room with card, ping-pong, table shuffleboard, and billiard tables- two full bathrooms with 2 saunas, and two ½ bathrooms- catering kitchen and a Large Meeting Room with bigTV. Tenants have the use of all Venetian Bayview recreation facilities. Also, during tenancy, the renter is loaned a pass to enter the nearby private Park Shore Beach Park which permits free parking and bathroom access in the Park Shore Beach. Renters must contract and pay for their own phone, cable and internet. Renters are provided with one dedicated parking space. Also included is water, sewage, refuse and recyclable removal. Electric up to $100 each month is also included. The Venetian Bayview Homeowners' Association in this 55 year of age or older building limits rentals to a maximum of two adult tenants. Condominium rules for visitors limit guest occupancy to 7 days. No pets of any type are allowed. Also, no smoking in the buildings. Venetian Bayview units are only available for seasonal rental for a minimum period of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months. The rent includes the additional required city, county and state taxes. Renters pay a $1000 refundable security deposit that includes a non-refundable cleaning fee. In addition, all new renters are required by the Homeowners' Association to complete and submit personal information forms and pay for both the application fees and the background checks.
