The building is within walking distance from the shops and restaurants of The Village on Venetian Bay and from the Park Shore Beach. The Unit's two bedrooms and two baths are near the elevator accessed third-floor. This is a central air-conditioned furnished condominium with garden view. There is a great room with television, comfortable recliners for seating, and a furnished dining room next to a complete galley kitchen. The guest room/study has a desk with chair, pull-down double bed with a bathroom and tub across the hall. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, walk in closet, television and seating area. All rooms have access to the garden view lanai. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit's own laundry room located off the lanai. There are electric hurricane shutters over both the window and the lanai. Linens and towels are included.
