Serving as a short-term rental throughout the summer months, all utilities are included. The house is situated on a double-sized lot that backs up to a small ravine. It is on a quiet, dead end street. It is approximately one mile to the center of downtown and approximately 1.5 miles to the South Beach. Sidewalks line the streets making walking a viable option for those wishing to explore the various restaurants and shops in the area. We are interested in mid-term renters with excellent credit scores and a good rental history.
