This two bedroom condo, by 27th and Old Cheney, is in a great location: off the beaten path, yet close to what you'll need and close to a great bike path! We pay the homeowner's association fee which includes lawncare, outside maintenance, garbage, water and sewer. It has washer/dryer hookups and the Association offers storage if needed. Cats are welcomed (no dogs!) with a one time pet deposit of $175.00 plus monthly pet rent. You must complete our screening process at https dhi petscreening com even if you do NOT have a pet. Your application will be considered incomplete until that is completed. Security deposit of $700.00. Application fee is $35.00 for every adult that will be residing in the property.
