In addition to the main house, there are two barns (6 stalls - four of them include fenced in turn-outs), a workshop with wood-burning fireplace, and a seasonal running creek on the property. All of these amenities, in quiet solitude, are just 5 minutes from the cute town of Kamas, and only 23 minutes from Park City's Main Street and world-class ski slopes. This is the perfect furnished mountain retreat. Ask about bringing your horses, cows, chickens or other animals, having them use the stables with turn-outs, riding arena, chicken coop and graze the pastures. Renter is responsible for gas, electric and cable. 2 month refundable security deposit payed upfront.
