In addition to the main house, there are two barns (6 stalls - four of them include fenced in turn-outs), a workshop with wood-burning fireplace, and a seasonal running creek on the property. All of these amenities, in quiet solitude, are just 5 minutes from the cute town of Kamas, and only 23 minutes from Park City's Main Street and world-class ski slopes. This is the perfect furnished mountain retreat. Renter is responsible for gas, electric and cable. 2 month refundable security deposit payed upfront.
